GV II

House. Circa 1830. Stucco, with a slate roof. Former symmetrical front
(east) of 2 storeys, 1.1.1 windows, but the north side now has a 2 storeyed
splayed bay of 3 windows, below a gable. Low-pitched slate roof with hips,
wide eaves on carved brackets set against a fascia, end pilasters with
greek fret motif, 1st floor band, window openings with cornice and frieze
above thin pilasters, stone cills. Victorian sashes in reveals. Porch with
a low gable on brackets, cambered arch on thin coupled columns, trellis
infilling, plain fanlight, and panelled door. Rear extensions at the north
side, of similar form.
