Row of four estate cottages. Mid C19. Ashlar, concrete tile and slate roof, ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan. C19 and C20 lean-tos at rear not of special interest. Symmetrical two storey facade with Rogers family heraldic shield at centre on first floor. Two gables projecting forwards slightly from facade left and right. 1:2:2:2:1-windowed, all one, two and three-light stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods. Blind single lights towards apex of each forward facing gable. Two C19 flush panel doors to each gable with porthole windows and stopped hoods. Single projecting diagonal stacks at each gable end. Central axial stack. Unusually fine stonework in facade. Roadside elevation as built.
