Detached cottage. Probably C17 origin. Plastered cob walls. Thatched roof. Brick
stack. Two-room plan. Modern lean-to extension at rear with corrugated asbestos
roof. Two storeys. Ledged door with glass panel. Two casement windows with cast
iron lights on each floor. Ground floor windows and door have oak lintels.
Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace and exposed ceiling
beams. RCHM Monument 20.
