Attractive 2 storey stucco C18 house, probably at one time a country house.
Irregularly spaced sash windows, wood cornice to parapet, dormers with segmental
heads. Two good late C18 doorcases with fanlights. Slate roofs.
Magnolia House. Lawn House and Acacia Cottage form a group.
