C18/C19. Originally the house of a shipyard manager. Attractive long brick house
with double roof. Centre part of road front is early C18 with segmental heads
to sash windows and Georgian doorhood. Sash windows with glazing bars and flush
panel doors except for the now Flat 4 which is C19 and has C19 sash windows. Two
Georgian bow windows on the river front. Slate roofs.
