Row of three cottages. Probably mid C17 - early C18 with C19 addition. Plastered and rendered cob walls. Gable-ended thatch roof. Four brick stacks - one at each gable-end and two axial.

Plan: No. 16 at left end has one-room plan with passageway to right giving access to rear but C19 addition at left-hand end likely originally to have been an outbuilding now also forms part of the accommodation. No. 17 has two-room plan with smaller room to the right, both probably heated. No.18 at right-hand end has two-room plan, both heated, larger room to the right. C19 rear outshuts have been added.

Exterior: two storeys. Asymmetrical 2:2:2 window fronts. No 16 to left has small early C20 two-light casements on first floor and a late C20 casement below to left with a C20 plank door at centre and a wide C19 plank door to its right. Set back from its left end is C19 slate-roofed lower addition. No.17 has small early C20 two-light casements on first floor with taller mid C20 casements below. C20 plank door to right of centre. No 18 to right has similar mid C20 2-light casements on ground floor, a smaller C19 two-light casement on first floor to left and a later C20 one to the right. Late C20 panelled door at centre.

Interior: of No. 18 only accessible and had a C17 open fireplace with high chamfered and stopped wooden lintel.
