Originally one house, now two. Mid C19. Dressed sandstone (No.
62 painted). Welsh slate roof; stone ridge and gable copings.
3 brick stacks (2 rendered). 2 storeys, 4 bays. Doorway to 2nd
bay with late C19 timber pilaster-and-entablature surround;
6-panelled door (upper 3 glazed); rectangular fanlight (blocked).
Late C19 canted bay windows with sashes to ground floor; sashes
with painted stone sills to first floor (with exception of 2nd
bay). No. 60 is of one bay. Extensions adjoining the rear (N.
side) are not of interest.
