School. 1895. Coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and rock-faced
quoins. Slate roof. Stone coped gable end walls and porch. Rock-faced stone
gable end stacks, that to the north being external, with wide base, chamfered to
narrower neck, topped by overhanging coved cornice. Three bays, single storey.
West elevation - central quoined porch with wooden doors to either side. To front,
centrally placed, a four-centred arched window with cavetto architrave and moulded
dripmould. Fixed small pane metal window with Gothic tracery top . Above, in
rectangular plaque, date inscribed '1895'. To either side of porch, similar
windows. Rear elevation has four similar windows and two adjacent doors with
shouldered tops. Included for group value only.
