Road bridge. c1812, probably by John Rennie. Bath stone. Single elliptical arch with rusticated arch-ring and keystones. Band, solid parapet and piers, with weathered coping. Adjoining to N., a lower, twin-arched brick bridge. The Kennet Navigation was established by 1724 and acquired by the Kennet & Avon Canal Co in 1812. John Hore was engineer to the Navigation. John Rennie was engineer to the Canal.
