House at end of terrace. Early C19. Rendered, slate roof.
3 storeys, 1 window; a 12-pane sash in moulded flush box above
a canted oriel with replacement sash, and at ground floor a
large 12-pane sash, with, to the left, a C20 door under a flat
C19 hood on scrolled brackets. A small plinth, and a ridge
stack to the right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
This is the only house on the N side of the street which
remains of special interest; at the time of the previous
listing the brickwork was not rendered.
