Terrace of 3 houses, part of a larger group. Early C19.
Rendered on English garden wall bond brickwork, slate roofs.
2 storeys and attic, each 1 window, glazing-bar sashes, but
those to No.3 modified. Small flat-roofed 2-light casement
dormer, 8:12:8-pane oriel bow with dentil cornice, and at
ground floor a 12-pane (bars removed in No.3). To the left a
plain arch over C20 doors with plain fanlights. Ridge stack to
the right party walls. Small stone plinth. No.1 has an eaves
roof, but Nos 2 & 3 have a simple parapet, that to No.2 cut
back above the oriel. Plain return end to the left.
INTERIOR: not inspected. The end property, No.1, empty and in
poor condition at time of survey.
