Exchange Mill (J. H. Cockroft's)

Mill warehouse. Early to mid C19. Dressed stone, stone slate roof. Five bay facade to rear, with gable. Fuve storeys. Central bay has loading doors one above the other, the topmost surmounted by a small venetian window now blocked. Other bays have rectangular windows with plain reveals, heavy lintels and projecting sills. Eight bay return.
