Farmhouse, now three cottages. Mid C17. Timber framed, partly roughcast and part smooth rendered, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, three bays. Framing three panels high with corner braces and tall framed gables to both western bays. No 304 has part-glazed door opposite stack, the thatch drawn down as canopy, probably in position of original entrance. Paned windows to Rosebank Cottage; the other cottages have windows replaced in C20 aluminium. Shutters applied to No 304. One dormer and one flush dormer to right bay. Brick stack to No 304 and to left gable.
