(Formerly listed as Farmbuilding c.50 yards north-west of Batemill Farm, (Off) CINDER LANE)

Former farmbuilding. Mid/late C17 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Timber framed with brick infill. English garden wall bond brickwork. Corrugated iron roof. Entrance front: 3 x 2 cells of small framing surviving with a corner post at the extreme right. Angle braces to the fourth upright. C20 fenestration. Rear wall now covered with corrugated iron and plastic but masking 8 x 2 cells of small framing with angle braces to centre and corners. Brickwork to left of this. Left hand gable end has 4 x 2 cells of small framing with an angle-braced truss.

Interior: central truss of angled struts with Queen-post trusses to left-hand end gable wall and over dividing wall. Dividing wall has some surviving small framing. Wind bracing to roof.
