Old Clergy House. Added by G.E Street in 1859 at right angles to and adjoining All Saints Parish Centre north side. Plainer brick but same style. Two storeys steeply pitched plain tile roof, terracotta ridge tiles. North-east elevation, four hipped dormers, central and flanking chimneys. Segmental rubbed brick arches ground floor, casement windows. Pointed brick arch over entrance to left hand. Entrance to former No 3A on south-west.
