Formerly a house, now offices, dating to the late C18 or early C19.

MATERIALS: the building is of ashlar construction with a slate roof.

PLAN: built on an L-plan.

EXTERIOR: the building is of two storeys plus a basement and comprises a three-window range with an extension to the rear.

The windows on the ground and first floor of the principal elevation are eight-over-eight sashes. There is one basement window opening to the right which is segmental headed with a central mullion.

There is a central round-headed doorway in a shallow recess with a rusticated surround and keystone. The doorway has a panelled door with an arched fanlight.

The principal elevation has a plinth, rusticated quoins, a moulded string course at first floor cill level, and a moulded cornice and a plain parapet. The building has square ashlar chimney stacks with moulded caps.

To the right of the principal elevation there are two rusticated gate piers.'

The rear has a large window and, to the left, one chamfered mullion two-light window.
