C16 and C17 rendered cob, thatched roof. L-plan. Two storeys, 3 windows to main
part, one window C19 extension at lower level. South wing; one window, 2 storeys at
lower level than main block. Modern windows throughout; upper floor windows under
thatch 'eyebrow'. Later gabled porch and extensions to rear. Interior: originally
a cross passage, now 2 houses, divided along passage. Central stack. Five ins-six ins
chamfered beams without stops on ground floor. Arch-braced collar - truss roof. Two
feet thick walls. South wing: 4 inch chamfered and stopped beams. Two feet thick
walls.
