Early to mid C19. Two storey, three window stone front, adjoining No 59. New slate roof. Three modern dormers. Sash windows four panes wide except for centre window on first floor. Doorcase with ashlar pilasters; entablature. Plinth.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
