Edwardian Baroque. White stone with balustraded parapet. Roof not visible.
Rounded south eastern corner terminates in dome, the base of which has low
relief carving, 1 storey. 3 round arched windows rising from plinth with
rusticated treatment, and separated by engaged Tuscan pillars, are paired at
each end of building. South east corner entrance has draped blank plaque, with
swags above door. Doorway with dentil cornice, segmental canopy and enriched
stone architrave. Panelled doors with fanlight.
