SS 72 SE BISHOP'S NYMPTON

- Webbery Farmhouse at the south west

Farmbuilding, probably a shippon and stable with loft over. 1877 (datestone), built
for William Keates, owner of the Bishop's Nympton estate. Stone rubble with red
brick dressings; slate roof, gabled at ends.
Plan: L plan the north block adjoining the farmhouse.
Exterior: 3 bay front to the north block with C19 plank doors to left and right and a
C20 door in the centre; 3 2-light loft windows. The south block is longer with 3
doors and 3 windows on the ground floor and 2 loft doors. A plaque has the initials
WK and a date of 1877.
Interior: Not inspected.
Group value with the farmhouse.
