C18. Scored stucco over stone, with quoins, 3 storeys. Centre panelled doors
and semi-circular fanlight in chamfered opening. Two sash windows on ground
floor and 3 on each upper floor, all in plain stone architraves. Boarded door
to Fallowfield Yard.
