C17-C18, altered. Stuccoed over stone, slate roof hipped on corner to
Middlegate, 2 low storeys. Two C19 bay windows on ground floor, a new doorway
and a blocked doorway. Three sash windows above. Right hand return side has a
large glazed addition on ground floor and 3 sash windows above. Low ceiling
beams inside. Sandstone chimney stacks.
