Mid C19. Red sandstone ashlar; quoins and cill bands, three storeys, 6 bays,
the outer ones with paired windows. Ground floor rusticated. Sashes with
segmental heads, doors in the outer bays. First floor with semi-circular
headed windows with dip moulds and balconettes. Second floor windows with
segmental heads and dip moulds. Piered parapet, roof not visible, tall ashlar
ridge stacks.
