Milburn House

G.V. II

House, probably early C18. Pebble-dashed front and sides with rusticated
quoins; eaves cornice carries plain parapet. C20 concrete tile roof with stone
end chimneys. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay front has central panelled door and
traceried rectangular fanlight in architrave; corniced porch carried on Greek
Doric columns. Sashes in stone surrounds.
