Farmhouse, front garden walls and gate-piers. Circa late C18 or early C19. Granite ashlar walls. Asbestos slate half-hipped roof with C20 brick chimneys over the side walls.

Plan: unaltered double-depth plan with two rooms at the front (parlour on left, wider kitchen living room on right) flanking a cross passage leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Later service wing on the right.

Exterior: two storeys. Nearly symmetrical three window south west front with doorway (left of middle) central to fenestrations. Original openings. C20 ledged door within C20 glazed porch. Circa late C19 or C20 four-pane horned sashes. Rectangular garden at front has low rubble walls returning to gateway aligned with doorway of house. Granite monolithic piers.

Interior has many original C18 features including: dog-leg stair with turned balusters; two-panel doors.
