Cottage, 1865. Sandstone. Grey slate roof, gabled, with exposed
rafters on shaped purlin ends. 2 storeys, 1 window. Recessed
small-pane sashes; small bay to parlour. Recessed 6 panel door in
simplified classical stone surround. Shield above doorway bearing
Grosvenor sheaf and '1865'. Attached is the contemporary stone gabled
double coach-house with brick outbuildings to rear. Slate roofs. 2
carriage doorways, left under segmental arch, right under timber
lintel: boarded doors. Small-pane iron casements.
Interiors: Not inspected.
