Tilstone Fearnall Lock

Linkman's hut. Mid/late C19. Red and blue header bond brick with
stone dressings and brick roof. Circular plan. Canal front: carved
plank door to centre with chamfered stone lintel. Square windows to
the sides with chamfered sills and lintels. Roll-moulded stone coping
and parapet above. Domed roof with central chimney pot.

There is a similar hut adjacent Beeston Stone Lock, Tiverton C.P.
(q.v.).
