C18; formerly 3 cottages of which the northern is the earliest. Fenestration
from the south end 1:2:1. 2 storeys with 4 flat top dormers. Northern
cottage, red brick; remainder, gault brick. Tiled roof. Gauged segmental
brick arches to slightly recessed sash windows with exposed boxing and
original glazing bars. Lower part of chimney stack at south end of hotel
perhaps older. Included for group value.

The Dolphin Hotel, Ouse Villa and the building adjoining Ouse Villa form a group.
