Probably early C17. Timber-framed building altered in the C19. 2 storeys, 2 window
The front is faced with rough plaster, but the south elevation has the timbering
exposed with plaster infilling. The 1st floor of the street front oversails on
a bressummer decorated with a design of quatrefoils added in the C19. Gable above
with scalloped bargeboards. Tiled roof, central brick stack with 4 shafts. The
windows are restored 2 and 3 light casements. 2 doors to street. (RCHM 22).
