C19 earlier-mid. Irregular range of 2 storeys with 1 storey stable range. 5
windows return to street. Tiled and slated roofs with bracketed eaves. Gault
brick. Brick dentil cornice. Gauged segmental brick arches to recessed sash
window most with glazing bars. Segmental arched portico to recessed, architraved
doorway with fanlight and panelled door. Splayed oriel window over entrance.
Included for group value.

Berkley House, Berkley Lodge, Nos 3 & 7 form a group.
