C17 house, refronted in brick later C18. Probably timber-framed beneath. Side
elevations tile-hung. Parallel rear range, full height. Three bays, 2 storeys with
attics. Old tile roofs. End stacks, the right hand one projecting and weathered,
probably C17. Dentil eaves. Centre door has doorcase with panelled pilasters and
reveals, cornice hood on modillion brackets. Six panel door with leaded fanlight
over. Doorcase and staircase inside with 2 twisted balusters per tread both early
C18 and reputedly brought in from the earlier Latimer House. Cambered arches to
leaded casements, 4 light to outer bays, 2 light over door. Single storey east
range.
