Small house. Circa late C17 or early C18. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Gable
ended thatch roof. 2 brick gable end stacks.
Plan: 2 room plan, each heated by gable end fireplace. C20 staircase inserted
between the 2 rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys.Regular 2 window front of later C20 1 and 2-light casements
without glazing bars. Entry through C20 conservatory along rear walls.
Interior: left-hand room has open fireplace with cambered wooden lintel which is
chamfered with run-out stops. Rough ceiling beam. Roof consists of straight
insubstantial principal rafters resting on wall plates.
