C18 front formed on an older Heavitree stone wall. Two storeys, five windows,
sashes with unequal panes. Good Roman Doric porch with fluted columns and pilasters,
panelled door with glazed panels, fanlight. Modillion cornice to parapet, slate
roof with three dormers.
