Corner site with Bridge Street. Early C19 two storeys stucco faced. Steep
pitch hipped slate roof, probably originally thatched. Front facing Fore
Street is slightly below road level. 2-light casements with shutters.
Trellis columned tent roof porch. Front on corner with Bridge Street
has a good early C19 double shop front covered by tent roof on wood trellis
supports replacing original iron ones. Shop windows 4 panes wide. Door
of 4 reeded panels flanked by thin reeded pilasters, rectangular fanlight.
1st floor has centred 2-light casement with shutters. Formerly there was
mid C19 painted lettering on scrolls at 1st floor level.
Rivulet bakery forms a group with Rivulet Cottage, Bridge Street.
