House in row. Mid to late C18. Flemish bond brickwork,
rendered sides, hipped slate roof.
3 storeys, 2 windows; small 12-pane sashes in moulded flush
boxes to a wide, straight stone lintel with keystone, above
canted oriel with steel casements and 2 deeper 12-pane sashes
as at second floor. To the left a 6-panel fielded door,
part-glazed, in deep reveals to a moulded edge in a plain
pilaster doorcase, plus moulded cornice, on 1 stone step. A
Portland stone plinth up to ground floor sill height, the
brickwork has flared headers, and the parapet is coped. Stacks
to the right party wall. The rear has a small raking dormer.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but RCHME has a plan showing an
unusual large rear kitchen range to this property.
