Detached house, formerly 2 cottages or cottage and
outbuilding. Late C18 or early C19. Squared coursed Portland
stone front, rubble elsewhere, slate roofs. In 2 parts, that
to the left with roof of lower pitch and lesser span. 2
storeys, 2+2 windows, all 2-light flush stone mullion
casements with 6-pane lights; at the ground floor the windows
have stopped labels. The main range has a flush chamfered
stone doorway off-centre left, with a C20 glazed door, and
there is a further similar doorway and door to the right of
the lesser range, which has only one window to the ground
floor. There are 2 gable stacks, and a further stack at the
rear of the left hand end. On the Nottington Court estate.
