House. Early/mid C19. Dressed stone with slate roof and
random rubble rear. 1-bay double-depth house which bridges
a stream and has 2 storeys. Door to right with square-cut
surround and small flat hood. 3-light casement window on
ground floor with cambered keystone lintel. Paired sash on
first floor. Gable chimney stack. Included for group value.

The asset was previously listed twice also under the parish of Marple at List entry 1260307. This entry was removed from the List on 3 October 2018.
