House. C18-19 3-storeyed stone, with cellars on a stone plinth. There
is a stone band at the 2nd floor, a moulded eaves cornice, a moulded parapet
and a Welsh slate roof. The half-basement windows have keystones and the
front doorway has a stone moulded architrave. The 4 sash windows are in
plain stone frames with cills and have glazing bars. Interior remodelled,
and modern north elevation 1970-71.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
