C16 timber-framed cottage with plaster infilling. Two storeys and attics. Two windows facing St Faith's Street, one window facing Station Street. Tiled roof with half-hipped gable at the west end containing an attic window. The last half of the building has overhanging coved eaves cornice. The first floor of the west half of the building is jettied on both the south and west fronts on the protruding ends of the floor joists, brackets and a corner post.

Nos 12 to 16 (even) form a group.
