C20 conversion of part of the Old Manor House (q.v.), adjoining No 8, Priors Court (q.v.). Mid C17. Limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins; stone slate roof. Two bay entrance (north front) with C20 plank door lower right, stone tallet steps to the left up to a part-glazed C20 plank door at first floor level; three-light C20 wooden casement to the right.

Roadside front: four-light stone-mullioned casement with king mullion to the ground floor; three-light stone-mullioned casement to the first, both with hollow-moulded mullions, moulded surrounds and stopped hoods. Floating bressumer above the first floor window. Gable end; two-light C20 wooden casement to the ground floor. C20 part-glazed doorway above inserted in the surround of a former pitching door. Two-light hollow-moulded stone-mullioned casement with stopped hood to the attic. Two skylights on the south. Interior not inspected.
