Circa 1840. 4 storeys and basement stuccoed. Ground floor is rusticated.
Parapet with balustrading and pediment. 9 sashes in all, the centre 3 set
in a slightly projecting portion under the pediment. Some glazing bars intact.
1st floor has a cast iron balcony. Ground floor has round-headed sashes.
Round headed doorcases with semi-circular fanlights.

Nos 3 to 19A (consec) form a group
Also Nos 13 to 19A (consec) form a group with Nos 20, 20A and 21 Marine Gardens
