Late C18/early C19. 2½ storeys, coursed and squared rubble with slate roof and
coped verges. Four ridge chimneys. Two gabled dormers with leaded lights C19.
Four windows, 3 light casements in segmental heads. On ground floor, Ivydene has a
coach-entry with wide doors, an angled bay with glazing bars and a 6 flush panel
door (upper 2 glazed). F J Grimes has a 2 bay projecting porch on slender supports
and with a fascia across left part, doorway in centre with windows to left and small
C19 glazing bar bow to right.
