Former farm buildings now converted to three dwellings. C17, converted C20. Coursed, squared and dressed limestone. Limestone slate roof with flat cable coping and roll-saddles. C20 stone, and artificial stone stacks. Left wings parallel to road, extended back on right. The former single storeyed, the latter of two storeys. Irregular fenestration. two and three-light, C20, flat-chamfered, stone mullioned casements with metal windows with leaded panes.

Building adjacent to picturesque duck pond and Pool Farmhouse (q.v) at centre of village.
