Dated 1902. Semi-detached pair of houses. Brick; tiled roof with tall
central panelled chimney. Two storeys; each house 2 bays. Two tall crow-
stepped gables with an egg-shaped recess in radiating brick in each, and a central arched rain water outlet. Ground floor of each cable with canted
bay window; first floor with two 4-light casements with the centre 2 lights carried up into semi-circular heads. Swept roof over the entrances and above
each a 2-light casement dormer window with Chinese-like tented roofs.
