Circa 1840, two storey 3 bay stucco villa with coach house to right. Centre
bay slightly advanced. Plinth; deep entablature to boxed flat eaves of low
gable end slate roof with flanking brick chimney stacks. Revealed sashes,
glazing bars intact. Outer lst floor window have architrave surrounds on
block sills. Central lst floor and ground floor windows have Graeco-Egyptian
eased architraves rising from panelled sill zone on plinth; the lst floor
window with moulded cornice. Pilaster strip doorway with moulded consoles
on acanthus stops, projecting cornice end blocking course. Door of 4 moulded
panels, rectangular fanlight, moulded doorhead returned over panelled reveals.
Swept parapet coping to each house screen wall extending to right.
