Circa 1835 compact 2 storey coursed stucco villa of some pretention (re also
Nos 13 and 14). Three bay front with plinth, bed mould to frieze of moulded
cornice; high parapet with panels containing large anthemion palmette motif
over outer bays end central panel with coping raised as pediment. This parapet
screen the attic which is lit to side. Pairs of chimney stacks to gable
ends with linking sections of parapet. All windows round headed in architrave
surrounds, casement large paned lights. Ionic column porch with deep entablature,
modern glazing to sides. Set back 2 storey service wings to right partially
screened by link wall to coach house with pediment gable.
