A circa 1855 symmetrical stucco faced villa, part of a group of three. Two storeys,
3 bays with Italianate detail. The tall proportions of the first floor conceal attic
storey to sides and rear. Plinth, rusticated quoins, cornice and applied entablature
over ground floor, moulded bed to mddillion bracketted boxed eaves. Slate roof with
modern dormers. Large tripartite ground floor windows in eared architraves. First
floor window, with pierced work balustrades in applied parapet, have architrave
surrounds carried up in archivolt over deeply modelled shell tympana. The ground
floor entablature breaks forward over enclosed plastered porch with pierced work
balustrade. Doorway round headed in architrave surround.
