C1830-50, 2 storey detached stucco villa. Three bay front and recessed wing. Plinth;
sill bands to both floors. Deep flat eaves on shallow flat brackets to low pitch
hipped slate roof. Tall stucco flanking chimney stacks on ridge. Fenestration
consists of revealed glazing bar sashes. Two canted wooden bay windows of C1860
inserted ground floor, with entablatures. Good geometric trellis open work porch
to centre with deep flat eaves. Doorway has panelled reveals and soffit, 6 panel door
and arched fanlight with glazing arranged in pattern of 3 radiating leaves.
