Possibly mid C19. Rendered and colourwashed 2 storey front. Deep cornice with
triangular pediment over centre section which comes forward slightly. 3 windows
in centre, the outer windows running through both storeys. 2 further windows to
left and 2 window spaces to right. Mostly 3-light windows with wooden mullions.
Shutters to left and small shop fronts to right on ground floor. Large doorcase
with moulded surround in centre. Second similar doorway to right.

All the listed buildings (except No 14 and the Dragon Book Shop and Wall) in Bath Place
and Corporation Street form a group.
