2 storey mid C19 house with roughcast walls facing south on to Vivary Park. Patterned
tile roof with 2 gables rising through eaves, fretted bargeboards. 3 windows plus
1 window in lower extension to right. Sashes with glazing bars, Gothic heads to
casements in left corner. Small extension to left.

Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street, the listed buildings in Vivary Parkand
Mount Street form a group together with the School, Unitarian Chapel, he Lawn
and Mary Street House in Mary Street, and Wilton House and ornamental column in
Hammets walk.
